Location !!! Right on the river. I always wanted to stay here because of its history. Beautiful 100year old hotel. Rooms not large but magnificent . Lovely central pool.

This is a lovely old hotel with significant charm and historic value. I expected it to be a little tired or worn around the edges, but it was anything but. It's location is perfect, its staff are attentive and charming (it was my husband's birthday while we were there and without any prompting they made a fuss over him at breakfast). Breakfast was generous and despite how full the hotel was I never felt rushed. Will be back.

We loved the size of the room, and the comfort of the bed. Our room was located facing the swimming pool. So it’s quiet during the night. The breakfast offerings were great! Loved the morning noodle soup dishes. For us it was within walking distance to the Ben Thanh market, Saigon Square, Saigon Centre and Vincom. We didn’t mind walking the under 2kms or so to these major centres. Staff were very professional and helpful.

The Hotel is ideally located. Great breakfast. Great staff. Room nicely decorated in an antique style that gives it a lot of character. The Fitness studio was well equipped compared to what you can find in other hotel.

Beautiful room and bathroom with a bath which was lovely for a soak as their hot water was actually hot! Breakfast was super, great choice and good coffee. Great location with fantastic views from the rooftop resturaunt and bar, Great food, Spa was good as were the ladies in it and having a pool was a welcome addition. A stunning hotel with all the features you would expect from a 1925 building. Beds were comfy too. and plenty of pillows and towells. We had a window that was on the pool side so not a great view, but at least we had a view!

Have stayed several times at Majestic Hotel. Breakfast is very good and consistent in range of options, quality etc. Location is excellent and easy walking to city centre and easy access to taxis and Grab transport. Rooms are being upgraded so our group had a mix of upgraded rooms and older rooms but all are spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms could do with better design shower screens, including the upgraded rooms!

The Colonial Suite was just a magnificent room, with absolutely all the space and amenitities you need. Opening right out onto the pool, we enjoyed the pool space, and relaxing there. The city is extreely walkable from the Hotel Majestic, and it is easy to get around Saigon from the hotel. The staff were lovely, and very helpful, and the breakfast was good. The room and the hotel has really retained their 'old world charm'

Room is huge and colonial-style. Bed is very comfortable. Location is excellent, right next to the lake and close to the main tourist sights and next to the Nguyen Hue Walking Street - which is full of restaurants and shops. The famous Cafe Apartment is also near by (on Nguyen Hue Walking Street). Hot water pressure is excellent and is the best of my 3 hotels in Vietnam. Aircon works very well too. Was able to extend my checkout by an hour and was given the option to shower at the pool area after if I wanted to.

Beautiful old hotel with an amazing foyer area that takes you back in time. Staff were friendly and the location was very central. Bed and pillows were comfortable and room was spacious and very clean. Nice pool area but limited deck chairs for size of hotel. Breakfast was standard but served in a lovely area with a nice outlook and outdoor terrace. Everything was very clean.
